Beautiful spring and beginning of fresh summer. Sunny September

Compartmental. Fermentation between 19° and 21° for obtaining
a wine soil. Natural clarification on dregs without racking. Breeding
on dregs from November to March. Assembly before setting out of
bottle.

Wrap: Elegant and luminous with the notes but pale
Nose: Discrete with starting, becomes aromatic and fruity with
the second nose
Stop: Rather mineral, slightly beading, with fresh butter and

Very appreciated on a plate of seafood. Typified muscadet wine
on dregs, it will be able to accompany a simple lunch with freshness
and typicity
