We present to you under 850 m2 the traceability of the wine and the succéssif work of the VINE GROWER, the OENOLOGIST, the CAVISTE, the RESTORER and the WINE WAITER. With your rate/rhythm and celon your center of interest, you will meet, the note “the LOIRE” through our nine interactive workshops. To transmit to his/her children what nature brings to us is citizen, here we do not forget the moms and the children. You will also find there a whole of services and provisions of services. Méga-projects, initiatives in network but also achievements original… the sector of the oenotourism is in full expansion, which means for the whole of the actors an increasing competition, and the need for finding and for implementing original ideas. It is each day more necessary to bring an added value which correspond to waitings of the various segments of customers, with their new appetites for stays and voyages which constitute a real experiment and bring an appreciation in terms of culture, inheritance, art-of-food, gastronomy, authenticity…

New targets are approximate: companies, specifically female public, sporting hedonists (golf and wine, balneotherapy…), families with children… Of the new products seem the formation-discoveries with the wine making, with the size… or of the combined steps Art-wine, écotourisme-wine… One also attends an increased awakening of the importance to associate worlds which hardly spoke each other: tourism, the wine die, the restoration, the museums, the structures of formation and 'teaching… This reflexion “in network” is without any doubt one of the gaining charts of the projects which have future.

Vinosphère: the Odyssey of Quincy - Quincy (Expensive) Built in an old house of vine grower, on the slopes of Expensive, in top of Vierzon, this center of interpretation of white Sauvignon, falls under a step of local development. As of spring 2007, the place will propose on 400 m2 and two levels, an underground course with the scenography inspired of the world of the wine. It acts there, of the first collective realization in the vineyard. The subsidies to make live this place come partly from regional subsidies and the Fund European. A challenge to take up because 10 to 15.000 visitors per annum are awaited. Other projects: The creation of a conservatory vineyard with various varieties of Sauvignon. Anjou; The Space VTT of the Slopes of the Tailboard and Aubance which counts already 12 circuits - labellized by the French Federation of Cycling - opens in 2007 2 additional circuits. These circuits run on more than 250 km of routes marked out in the vineyards angevins.
Coeur de Loire Nantes This wine field transformed into place of reception of more than 1.000 m2 open in September 2006, is the first concept of this type in the Valley-of-Loire. It proposes several spaces natural size presenting all the trades of the wine, 9 workshops of initiation, animations, tastings, the afternoon “initiation to the taste” for the children, 6 places of restoration with different environments, a surface of picnic, the sale of wine. Jean-Yves Auradon, originator and director of the site, intend to still widen the possibilities of reception with a light hotel trade in the form of bungalows, the installation of a network of regional exchanges, the extension of the vines.

The PER Counter of Sauvignons carried by the Community of communes the Loire and Vignoble aims to promote the AOC of Pouilly-Smoked. It is a tourist and cultural project with whole share but of a new kind, more turned towards promise a one new moment of art of living than of a paying visit of an exposure. The visitor walks, tastes, is restored, learned, and informs himself on the territory, his curiosities remarkable and the other places of production. He is immersed in a universe declined on all the pleasures of the discovery.
The site is composed of several parts: - discovered let us sauvignons world and Pouilly-Smoked under various sets of themes (geography, geology, climate, gustatory characteristics, festivals related on the wine and the vine, techniques of marketing…) in the wine storehouse, - sensory experiment around let us sauvignons in an old storeroom, - restoration: concept of bar of country, bar with wine, restaurant animated and thematized having for objective to emphasize the different ones let us sauvignons and in particular Pouilly-Smoked, - thematized shop, - tourist lodging and services such as visits in the vineyard, stays grape harvest or care grape, - event-driven: the wine storehouse will make, in complement of the orchard, the object of hirings for festivals, demonstrations, banquets…
